Interestingly enough, another story from the New Testament came to mind after this incident, and that was the story of the ten lepers. Jesus healed all ten, but only one was mindful enough to remember to return to Jesus to give thanks. All of us have the potential to lose our tempers, but so very few of us are mindful enough to think about the impact our words have in doing so. Remembering to return and right the wrongs is difficult, but in the end, not only does this act preserve relationships, but also restores what was once lost.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
